This is where we put all of the pieces together to start building your band not only with top talent, but with an endless stream of back-ups plans.

Congratulations, you’ve come a long way in such a short amount of time. We’ve discussed how you need to understand the source of attraction, where to find musicians, the importance of being invited into their world, how to stand above the competition, how to be in all places at all times, how to separate the rock stars from the posers and how to leverage your time by using technology to automate your recruiting efforts.

When you put all of these pieces together you will have built a virtual machine with the solitary purpose of building your band and constantly recruiting to make sure you don’t have to start all over again when someone doesn’t quite workout.

However the trickiest part of all of this is to get all of these pieces working together in unison for the purpose of bringing the best of the best to you while you sleep. Think about it… you’d have to create profiles in online social networks, build little relationships with members of the networks, establish yourself as a trustworthy person, somehow funnel them into an automated recruiting system and hope that the posers weed themselves out.
